Create surveys yourself
With Mamut Online Survey you can quickly and easily create surveys. Create questions in the format and with the contents you would like. Standard question formats such as multiple choice, rankings, lists, matrixes/tables, are all pre defined and ready for use. You are able to define the design and the information to meet your needs.
Quickly receive feedback
Through a simple wizard within the program, you are able to import all contacts that are to receive the survey. The invitation will be sent via email. Customer’s responses will be registered directly within the program. All information is easily available so that whenever you wish, you are able to view customer’s responses. In the program you also have the functionality to send follow up emails, define the start and stop dates, ensure that people don’t reply multiple times, and track individual responses.
Analyse the results
Reports are immediately available once the respondents have sent in their answers, allowing you to follow the development as responses are received. All surveys have two pre-defined reports; the summary report and the comment report, which are automatically created once the survey has been published.
